Radio Buttons on the Windoze version

Hi All,
I'm just completing an application and I find the Windoze version's Radio buttons are really tiny. Any chance there is a built-in option to increase their size? Size is fine for the Mac Version. I'm running it on WindowsXP under Fusion.
