[OT] Mac App Store

Your analogy would work only if Apple had announced that if you bought another netbook other than an Apple netbook, it would void your iPad warranty. Hmmm... seems a little overstated, don't you think? Apple is of course, looking out for their own interests. Shafting the vast majority of app developers for the Mac is NOT in their best interests. There is no scenario I can envision, by which Apple would try to force development for their high end products into a closed system that only they had access to. It would be corporate suicide, and Steve, whatever else you think of him, is simply not that stupid.
