Plug-ins missing

Yesterday I updated some old bugs of mine including this one:

Looks like LiveCode does not check the "externals" folder inside of the
user "My xxxx" folder. 

So none of the externals here are listed in the standalone builder
and thus do not get copied to into a standalone!
