LQCC - Account needed?

Dear List,

I tried to visit the LQCC for the first time but it seems an account
is needed to search something in it.
In the home page, I have two fields to enter a login and password, a
login button and a field to retrieve a forgotten password. I tried to
log in with my regular LiveCode account without success.
I can't see any link to create a new account.

What I am missing here?
