Easy? Sorry, I don't understand this sentence.

That'd be "prepend". Might not now about "closed loops" and "lazy
loading", but that at least I do know.

Anyway. I'd still welcome any easy script examples of, not the scroll
action but, how to endlessly and seamlessly append/prepend scrollable
data.
