On-Rev question - can you 'upload' to other web services?

Ian, a guy has written a framework to do it in PHP. Scroll down about 7/10 of the way to see where he writes about "uploading images."

You could just use his script to do it in PHP on the on-rev server, or translate the PHP into irev.
