How exactly does runrev for ipad/iphone work?

Tom,
I don't always agree with Chipp, but I've found, over the years, that  
when he writes he always has something worthwhile to say - and he  
usually says it well.
You don't have to listen to him - or anyone else.
I will continue to look forward to his comments.
