Linux - Check for Updates broken

Thanks a lot for your helpful answers.
I've found the announcement on the improve-list and I'm going to download it.
Nevertheless IMO it's a bug in the linux version offering an upgrade and then not able to upgrade.
I'll file a report in the QCC.
