How can I direct revGoURL to a specific browser?

Do you mean that the browser launches but the page does not load 
correctly? If so, Rev has done its job and there is something in the 
http on the web page that isn't working.

Or, maybe the URL isn't being passed correctly. Does the right URL show 
up in the browser navigation bar?
