Detect revWeb Plugin version

I wasn't sure if the 4.0.0 build 950 was the plugin or Rev version I built
under because it just so happens I built the Revlet under Rev 4.0.0 build
950. ;-) I just checked another machine on which I hadn't updated the plugin
for a while and it showed build 920 running the same Revlet. So you are
correct. Thanks!
