Connecting Stack to Remote On-Rev MySQL Database

Hi there,

I've been all through the archives, and found
some hints that it is possible to connect to
a remote MySQL database on On-Rev.

Doe anyone have a clear step by step
example of how this is done?

I don't have time to keep struggling with this
problem.  I need a solution A.S.A.P.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
