[ANN] Move controls in tRev Object Browser with the new ZOOM!

I have to second David's comments.  TRev is coming together nicely, a piece at a time. The new fixed Browser tab is a welcome improvement over the previous "Tab" implementation.  It's hard for me to use the built-in Rev editor at this point, and I'm relying less and less on the Application Browser.
