Missing plug-in. Again

Everyone is being very helpful.

1- I made a folder named "Plugins". Put it into the "documents" folder.
2- I placed my plugin stack inside. (the stack works if I open a new
session with it; it does its thing)
3- I set the path in the preferences. Once to to the "plugins" folder
itself, and then to the folder ("documents") enclosing it.

It's the right folder; I can see the utility stack inside when I navigate.

Nada.

And it used to work. Rats.
