cmd key modifier not working?

Is the group set as the stack's menubar? You also need to have editmenus 
set to false, and the focus needs to be on your stack and not on one of 
the IDE's stacks. If any IDE stack is focused (toolbar, message box, 
etc,) the IDE takes over the system menu and catches the keyboard shortcuts.
