4.5.2 and iOS Deployment launched

Thank you Giuseppe,
I have download 4.5.2 version > iOS iPhone simulator but not iPad simulator... 
but... I have 3 accounts !!? for 1 person (me)...
2 commercial without iOS and 1 personal with iOS (!?)
Someone else is there in this case ?
Someone understands something about that ?
