No-asci chars from the on-rev CGI

I am facing a problem sending NO-ASCI chars with the rev CGI ( i. e. put
"ùàòè" ) to a Rev application.

When I receive a string containing chars with accent (i.e. ùàòè) from the
Revolution CGI , I get strange chars.

Example:

put "ùàòè"

I receive:   "^:'"

How can I fix this?
