Synchronized videos with superimposition

If you want to combine them into a single video and have iWork on your  
MacBook, Keynote will let you lay them out and resize them however you  
want, then you can export it out as a new video ready for use in the  
Rev slideshow (assuming there are things you want to do that can't be  
done in Keynote).
