Yes, there is a cookie "voted1" set to true from troz.on-rev.com
and when it is there I can't vote again. I get only the results page.

Actually, I understand that I was (am) able to vote several times  
insofar I was (am) using the "back" button ; -))

but as soon as I quit your site and try again to open it I get the  
results page only.
