answer as sheet showing on wrong stack

I may be wrong, but I think this is the real issue. Maybe somebody else can chime in, but I think there are certain parent loc values that are ignored when calling a modal (answer) or a sheet from a modal window or other sheet. I honestly don't remember, but there is some kind of issue with this.
