[OT] Encoding Video for Online Delivery

Hi List:

I know there are a few folks on the list who knowledgeable about video and
its delivery.  I'm wondering if someone might be able to offer some
size/encoding recommendations that optimize for broadband and answer a few
questions -- ideally I'd like to work with FLV, but QuickTime could work as
well.  Please contact off-list.
