Standalone saving

Hi Craig,

If I'm understanding what you're saying, you need to make stack "B" a 
separate stack as opposed to a substack. Then you should be able to save 
data in "B". This is because "B" and "C" are a part of "A" and "A" 
cannot save changes to itself.
