Pressing Ctrl+Alt+Q on a german keyboard does not enter an '@' symbol in Revolution fields.

Hello,

this was an issue in 2.7 back in 2006.

Now I encounter the same problem with a Rev 3.0 Win Standalone on some
(right now one) XP PCs. On my XP machines I can type the @ into any field
without problems. A beta tester of mine can't type the @ within revolution,
but all other programs.

Any idea, what else could cause this behaviour?
