Rev DB errors

Hi All,

I ran into an error using SQL today but it was not caught in my error
trapping. To my surprise, I found that the result returned by a faulty
call to revExecuteSQL, did NOT include either "revdberr" or "syntax
error", but just a text description of the error. This seems to be a
new feature as it matches the docs but people may need to change their
error trapping routines accordingly.
