Have you experienced the problem yourself? The team would like only 
those people who actually have the problem to vote on it, and those 
people should also add a comment to the report giving more info about 
their own experience. That gives the team a good idea of how widespread 
the problem is and helps to pinpoint the issue.

If you haven't seen the bug yourself, best not to vote, since that 
reduces the validity of the count and the report database becomes a 
popularity contest rather than a legitimate indication of the bug's 
severity.
