Standalone (& revlet) not working: internet LIB missing?

I selected manually the internet lib, instead of letting the builder
choose for me -- with no luck!

Puzzled, I wondered if the builder balked at accented chars 
("Météo" vs "Meteo") -- you bet it!

The standalone and the revlet run OK :-)
