Open stack from another stack--Was "PreOpenStack in the IDE"

Jim,
It appears that neither "open stack" nor "go stack" will trigger a
PreOpenStack message.
I am using as a workaround an "open stack" and then sending a
PreOpenStack message to the stack.
Clumsy but it works.
