Disabled Shortcut Command+Q on MacOS

Hi

I am trying to make disabled Command+Q. I want to make a stack regular  
users cannot quit. I do not want to show a Finder. The stack does not  
have a menu, and a stack size is the screenrect. There is a hidden  
Quit button on the card.

I tried to put another scripts into the menu item Quite(has shortcut),  
but It did not work. My standalone always quit by command+Q.

Does anybody know how I can make it?
