[ann] Dictionary Plugin for Third Party Developers

Hopefully the included files are enough to get you going (writing docs  
is not my strong point ;-)


I had posed the following questions to the few people who were  
supposed to be testing and will ask everyone on the list now that it  
has gone public..

If I override the User Comments section would that be useful to you as  
a developer?

If I were to offer database hosting for the User Comments would a  
small fee (12 USD a year) be worth it to you (as a developer)?

If you already have database hosting support would hosting your own  
User Comments be something that you (as a developer) be something  
useful to you?
