Tooltips with datagrids?

Hi everyone,

There is a lot of things to get familiar with concerning datagrids, that's 
for sure. My latest question is can a tooltip be set by a script for a 
datagrid? I'd like it even better if there were a way to set a tooltip to a 
single column of a datagrid.
