AW: Rev 3.0

[Tiemo Hollmann TB]

Just got a private message from another german user, who experiences the
same slow down behaviour of the IDE. He has installed XP SP3.
I have also installed SP3 shortly, but I am not sure about the exact
coherence. The other coherence up to now is, that it were 3 germans, who
reported this behaviour, perhaps anything with the german XP? Any other SP3
or german users here who can confirm or not confirm this behaviour? Anyway I
will bugzilla it
