formatting

I want to generate a random number between 1 and 1,000,000,000,000,000  but after experimenting, it seems the largest number I'm allowed to put in for upperLimit in the random function is 1,999,999,999.

Does anyone know if that is a limitation of Rev (not mentioned in the documentation) or a limitation of my system? (Windows XP.)

Also, can anyone please tell me how to format the resulting number so that it would appear with the commas - 1,234,567,890 instead of 1234567890?
