Problem with mask

Neat Jim,

Regarding:

4) Click and drag on the red oval to reveal the masked image  
underneath it.  Notice the flat spots on the edges. Why is this? Rough  
edges built into the Within() function? Inquiring mind wants to know.

I think you may need to adjust the right coordinates in your routines  
by a minus one.

Just a guess, but right pixels always seem to be off by one.
