Hi Jacque,
Thanks for taking the time to help. Changing the name did not work
but you led me down
the right path. I moved the Perian component out of the Quicktime
folder to the desktop.
Then I started Rev and opened the Resources. It opens to the last
project I was using
but when it opened the white space area was all blank. I clicked on
a different project
and it showed the proper items in the white space area. Then I
opened the Chat client
project again and this time the white space was not blank and the
proper items were
shown. I launched the video which allowed me to see and hear it.
So the solution is it can be moved out of the folder but there will
be some minor bugs.
It seems quicker than uninstalling and re installing Perian if people
want to keep it
and still be able to view the Rev tutorials.
thanks again,
