Go to the rev folder /documentation/pdf, the user guide is there.  I have a
copy of the pdf on one desktop open in a separate pdf viewer, since Rev
doesn't yet support multiple desktops.....

The price Rev charges for the manual is around what it will cost to get a
pdf of that length printed.  The dictionary is probably quite a bit less. 
Bit of a bargain really.
