remove the title bar

In the Rev docs it says use the title keyword to determine whether or not a window has a title bar:

"Use the title keyword to turn a window's title bar on or off."

But then there is no further information on the correct syntax.  I tried the words false and off, but didn't work.  Does anyone know the correct way to write this command so that the title bar is turned off?

Alternatively, if you know how to prevent a stack window from being moved, that would be great also.
