Text Alignment: Download problems.

Somebody dropped me a line, off-list, to say they
found it difficult to download the TextAlign.rev file
from the Yahoo Group (Um, possibly because one has to
join the group first; and I do know that some people
feel "funny" about Yahoo groups).

Therefore I have made it available:
