standalone debugger problem

In running a standalone with the latest beta 4 (and previous) when an  
execution error is encountered I'm invited to name and save the report  
to a text file.  But I cannot close the execution error window or move  
past it (continue use of the standalone). I can only save the report  
and resave it over and over, or quit.  Is this a bug?  It seems like  
it must be.
