pulldown menu name

Hello,

How do you underline the first letter
of a pulldown menu? For example,
the "F" in the "File" menu or the
"E" in the "Edit" menu seen on
almost all applications.

And on a sidenote, how would I
query the Rev documentation
to find an answer to this?
