GUID generator

Hey Folks,

this internal call doesn't work on the CGI engine (using 2.9.x):

/opt/web/bin/revolution: Script parsing error at line 41, column 12
/opt/web/bin/revolution: Can't load stack or script ./login.cgi

Fun ain't it, this _internal thing appears to be tied to the IDE or
something... that line is exactly the line of the internal call, and
column 12 is the second  'n' of _internal. Go figure!
