If you are using GLX2 and not an earlier version of Galaxy, and are on OSX
then this looks exactly like something I experienced. The solution was to
use the Update option in GLX2 to get the latest version.

Sorry I'm on a Business Centre computer at the moment so don't have GLX2
available to tell you what the latest release version is. Jerry might pipe
up with the latest release and beta version available.
