I have both a Dreamhost and JaguarPC account.  I am about to close out  
our JaguarPC accounts as their ftp upload max speed is around 125KB/ 
sec.  I can saturate my pipe at 2 MB/Sec with DreamHost.  Gotta love  
FIOS!
