modal dialog from clone

good morning all,

Is there a way to make a cloned stack directly appear as a modal window?

clone stack tStackname as modal    -----------doesn't go modal but no 
error appears
clone modal tStackname                 -- error

clone stack tStackname
put it into tNewStackName    -- get new stack id
hide  tNewStackName
modal  tNewStackName        -- flickers
