RTF text one size off

Was using a text size set manually, the size 11 rather than 10 or 12, so I thought maybe it was the culprit.  So in the RTF file I reset the text size to 10.  And when I put did the things and put it into the final field, it turned into size 11!

But now the doc is a bit wonky...
