I use Episode, but that's a bit higher end. The more expensive  
Flip4Mac options may be a good compromise. Can you find a high data  
rate movie online, say one of the best Apple trailers, and try  
compressing that to a given size and data rate? Then give me the url,  
and I'll try with Episode on the same settings.
