WMV recipes

Now that Rev 2.9 supports WMV playback on Windows nicely, we're moving 
away from QT for one of my products to use Window's native WMV support.

I've seen some WMVs which look as good as QT's, and which are the same 
size or smaller -

BUT -

I haven't been able to make any that good myself.

Any of you have sufficient experience with WMV codecs to offer a good 
recipe for settings we might use to migrate our MOVs to WMV?
