How to get list of all keys in a registry folder

Hi,

I'm trying to enumerate over all of the keys in a registry folder on  
Windows. Anyone know how to get a list of the keys?

In this particular case I'm looking to get all of the keys in  
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Nls\CodePage".
