libURLDownloadToFile stops downloading on status = requested

Whoops, extra zero moved the whole thing to Mars ;-)
Well, anyway the point is that it works now. For some reason delay 
between "requested" and the actual "loading" of data is still about 
15-20 sec. But once it starts, it goes fast.
