Standalone builder leaves out icons

Well, the process of selecting an image in the image library (open it  
from the Development menu) and clicking on Place Image actually  
copies the image to your stack, so it will always be a part of that  
stack, unless you delete it of course. When you copy it from the  
image library, it creates it with a new ID, so be sure when you  
assign it as an icon to your button, you choose it from "This Stack"  
in the icon selector dialog, instead of from "Standard Icons" or  
"MetaCard Compatible Icons".
