Mysteroius rev ghost buttons

These 3 buttons include some of the standard Rev libraries and so are
included in standalones whenever needed. Usually they are invisible,
so it may be that you have a script that makes them visible. If you
loop throught buttons making them all visible, then check for button
names starting with "rev" and exclude them from any processing.
