Best graphic lib to use with Rev cgi ?

Hi list,

Could someone be kind enough to advise a graphic lib that allows
(fast) 3D bussiness graphics with  Rev cgi (stuff like 3D bar-charts
with perspective)?
The ouput should be gif or jpg images to be integrated on-the-fly into
web pages generated from the same Rev cgi scripts.
I guess the main choice is one of the PHP libs...
